Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code.

  Print Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Package Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and secure the new shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier. Refunds are processed within 5-7 days of receipt.
